Butler Amusements – Please read the Ride Requirements and the Ride List prior to purchasing carnival wristbands or carnival tickets. An unlimited wristband may not be a good value for young children.
Children under 36” in height cannot ride any carnival rides. Children who measure 36” – 48” in height can ride only a few select rides and may be required to be accompanied by an adult.
No casts, pregnant persons, or intoxicated individuals are allowed on carnival rides.

The Clark County Fair Association started the Scholarship Fund in 1988 with intent to provide funds to local 4-H, FFA, Grange Youth, and Open Class Fair participants to attend a college, university, trade or vocational institution of their choice. Over the past 30 years, The fund has distributed over $630,000 to more than 370 students.
EXHIBITOR SCHOLARSHIP
If you have been an EXHIBITOR at the Clark County Fair and are interested in applying for a scholarship, the applications are available online or at local schools beginning in January of each year. The deadline for these applications is April 14, 2023 at 5 pm. The selections are made in April and the recipients will be notified immediately and will be invited to participate in a presentation at the Clark County Fair in August.
