PIE EATING CONTEST

CONTEST LOCATION: The Columbian Community Stage

REGISTRATION TIME: 1:00 p.m.

CONTEST TIME: 1:30 p.m.

 

To Enter: Read the official contest rules and register right before the contest. Contest is limited to the first 15 contestants to register.

 

Contest Rules: The object of this contest is to eat a single pie as fast as possible without using your hands. The contestant who eats their chosen flavor the fastest will be the winner. Water will be provided.  Any competitor who, prior to the declaration of a winner suffers urges contrary to swallowing is immediately disqualified.  Meaning, if you regurgitate or spit up you will be disqualified.  Contestants must not touch any pie until the starting signal.  Completion of the pie will be decided by the judges, not the contestants.  The winner will be the person who consumed the entire pie in the shortest amount of time without the use of their hands. In the event of a tie the contestants will participate in a sudden death round of eating.

 

Contestants must be 13 years & older.

 

Acknowledgement of Risks and Waiver of Liability: Contestant acknowledges that there are risks of personal injury as a result from participating in this contest.  Contestants, as a condition of entry, agree to indemnify and hold harmless, the Clark County Fair, their sponsors, their vendors, of any others affiliated with the Clark County Fair for any injury as a result of this competition.
