TODDLER TROT CONTEST

INFORMATION & RULES:

1. Age Requirements: 1-4 years
2. Depending on the number of contestants, there may be more than one heat.
3. Registration: Entries will only be taken on the day of the contest.
4. Day of Contest
   1. Check-in: Please arrive at the Fairgrounds early to accommodate sign-in and contestant numbering assignments. All contestants must line-up by 11:25 a.m. by the Kids Park Stage.
   2. During line-up before the contest ONLY TWO ADULTS PER CHILD will be allowed in the line-up area. Please ask your family and friends remain seated. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
   3. Race: Of the two adults accompanying the contestant to racing area, one will stay behind the starting line and one behind the finish line. Siblings and/or other children not entered in the Toddler Trot WILL NOT be allowed in racing area.
   4. Contestants will be lined up at the starting line and at the signal, may be encouraged to run to the finish line. Adults MUST stay behind the lines and will not be allowed in the middle of the racing area until the race is finished.
   5. Heats will be determined on the number of contestants & age.
